  2. Severe Familial Hypercholesterolemia (e.g. LDL Cholesterol >190 mg/dl)
  3. Persistent Hyperlipidemia above target range despite Statins and other management
  • Medications
  1. Lerodalcibep (Lerochol)
    1. Once monthly, 300 mg Subcutaneous Injection ($200/dose at time of release in 2026)
    2. May be stored for 90 days at room Temperature (contrast with 30 days for other PCSK9 Inhibitors)

  1. With release in 2026, outcome studies are not available (unlike PCSK9 Inhibitors, Alirocumab, Evolocumab)
  2. In early studies, similar efficacy to other PCSK9 Inhibitors
    1. LDL Cholesterol lowered 60%
